CELLPHONE BLOCKED BY VODACOM???

I can't use my phone as Vodacom locked my phone. I can receive SMS's and phone calls but blackberry function was blocked and I can't phone. The contact centre consultant explained my account is locked as I've reached my credit limit & I must pay R1200.00. Explanation was very unclear, I do not understand it as My account get paid via debit order monthly on the 30 of each month. What credit limit? as I pay monthly and I am a TOP UP customer. When I reach my call limit I can't phone and then I need to upload money before I can use my phone again. I was not informed of this credit limit before. As per consultant it is automatically included in contracts. I requested assistance in my own language and was helped by Randell. He explained Nov Account balance is added to Oct account and then I have reached the credit record. Why Nov as Nov still comes? Why did they locked me and was not informed?? Never happened before to me why this month? I really do not understand the explanation and know I must wait 24 HRS before my cellphone is unlock. This also effect my child phone which I pay. This is not my mistake I pay regulary why do they treat me so badly??
