Recently I switched to MTN from Vodacom because they had the phone I was looking for. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!! MTN blocks my phone (Samsang Note 2) 5 times a month because " I have reached my limit" I phoned them on the 10th October to sort out the problem, the lady said wait until the 13th October then your phone will be sorted and invoiced and you can go on as normal, its now the 14th and still nothing has happend! I have waited 4 days for MTN and NOTHING!! This morning I called and they said I must pay in the excess amount of R 960 in order for me to have my phone connected! Why didn't they tell me that when I called them in the first place?? They always bill me more than what I "use" I have never reached my limit in almost 7 months but no I reach my limit every 5 day... When my contract is finished I WILL MOVE BACK TO VODACOM BECAUSE MTN IS USELESS!! MTN is a waste of time and money and I am not even talking about the time waiting for someone to answer the phones... If this was Vodacom it would be sorted the first day I called them.. sitting without a phone where you cant call, sms or internet is not a joke.. but hey MTN gets the money so what do they care...
