We took blackberry cellphones with 8ta at east gate and the promotion and agreement on the celling monthly fee was R100 a month nd no extra costs or charges. Hence one cellphone was and reported and the sim card aswell. I have called the 8ta store and even went to east gate to query and enquire about this matter, because now i am being billed more than R100 for each cellphones. I have called 8ta several times and the response and explanation are not the same, the other phone am still charged for CLI and BIS hence am not using those things, the other cellphone is being billed for CLI. This is annoying because at the end of the day I am paying and I need to pay for what I use and agreed on.
