Vodacom billed my account now for March and April on the wrong dates and costs me every month R90.00. I discovered tonight that they billed me again on the 17the of May 2013 after I made a cash payment on the 15th of May 2013. In other words they cost me R270 in 2 months time which is really unacceptable to me. When i received my new statement of account for this month from them i discovered that they billed me another R100.00 for return of debit order on my account. This is really unacceptable for me. I asked them several times to put my cellphone number as the main number on my contract which they just dont care to do. They phone my kids at school during school hours for upgrades which i asked them several times not to do as they are not allowed to talk on cellphones during school hours. Vodacom cos me R370 in total. I am not interested in this kind of service. Please investigate this matter as the service is according to me nor existend.
