On the 28th of march 2013 I was billed twice on one the same day. went to the store in east gate (incredible connections) as well as the park meadows store (hi fi corporation) the day after I was told that it was reversed back into my account yet my balance said otherwise. went to my standard bank branch and did a reversal there and to my surprise two days later I started receiving sms's stating that my accounts with hi fi are in arrears. called them at their head office and they tell me im in arrears yet every month my debits go off. im worried that this is going to affect my credit profile negatively as I have been to their stores countless times yet this matter has not been resolved. im fed up with their messages as well as harassment and need help regarding this. I can guarantee that this is the first and last time I go into business with them.
