On 2012/11/27 I received my monthly airtime on my cellphone, it was R100. Minutes after that the airtime was deducted for reasons unknown to me. I phoned my service provider and they simply reply that I was supscribed to a cellphone service called WASPA. I phoned WASPA and talked to a Brandon Gibson, WASPA Secretariat. He explained to me that I supcribed to their service but he will launch a complaint to find out what went wrong and immediately unsubscribe me from the service. I received socalled prove of my subscribtion that was done from a Samsung E250 cellphone and I do not own a Samsung E250 cellphone. WASPA is refusing to refund me although I told them that I owned a Samsung Galaxy S1 cellphone. My sim card was not in a Samsung E250 cellphone for the last 5 years. I never subscribed to any cellphone service in my life. I want an explanation and a refund of my R100 airtime. R100 is not much, but a few R100`s makes thousands. I`m sure that I`m not the only person with this problem. Thanx, Robert Young
