On Monday the 25th i went to Total sports Three rivers ask for soccer boots a size 6 and they did not have they gave me a size 7, it was to big for my son. i went back to ask if they can get me size 6 yes the lady said they did check and east gate has they "called" East Gate and she said the shop is not answering, she "called again" and said to me that East Gate does not have. It happened that i got East Gates number and called myself they said that they have stock they wil keep for me. So i went all the way from Vereeniging to East Gate to get stock as i did not want to go, and want stock from total sport in Three Rivers!! So i feel that what they did to me as a customer is not right and that they must get their facts and priorities together. And give better customer service to the people. And now i am loosing a fully R100 ON TRANSPORT AS THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB THE RIGHT WAY!!!
