3 CONTRACTS OPENED FOR ME

Chain of events:
1. On Monday the 21st of January 2013 I visited MTN outlet in Centurion Mall to apply for a Samsung SIII mini cellphone and submitted all the necessary documents to .2 I specifically instructed the Consultant (Phila) that I wanted to port/switch my current existing cell number 0836942374 from Vodacom back to MTN. 3. She contacted me on Thursday the 24th of January to advise that my application were successful, however they do not have stock for the cellphone I applied for and promised to also confirm once my cell number has been switched to MTN. To this date it has not as yet been done. 4 I then visited the store on the 25th from which the lady was not available and I advised Patience/Prudence that I am not proceeding with the deal as I needed a laptop instead. She confirmed to me it has been cancelled and that Phila will contact me as soon as the application for laptop deal is approved. I am still awaiting that confirmation. 8. On Tuesday the 12th of February I then decided to apply online for the laptop package under reference number 5125724 and I must say I was impressed with the efficient service received thereon which had somehow changed my previous path
