Irate vodacom custome

I bought a Sony v and within seven days it gave me problems. It just locked on its own, then I took it to Vodacom cresta to have it unlocked, but Tony ridiculed me and refused to help, using derogatory terms. I was advised to take the phone to Vodacom menlyn to have it unlocked. Due to complications, menlyn failed to fix the phone. Three months later, I am still struggling to find someone to assist me. The one person, Thomas, was willing to assist me but he is now being investigated by the regional repairs manager, sheraz. No one is willing to help me, and I still have a dead phone on my hands. I am highly frustrated and disappointed in the level of service I am receiving from vodacom. I am being unnecessarily billed for a phone I am not using, I have been paying for it for the past three months. I demand prompt action on the matter.
