My cell number is 0832759646, for the past two days I have been having problems receiving calls, receiving sms's and loading airtime, I tried calling my number from my office phone and it went to someone else's voice-mail. I have called MTN and advised them of this, all they did was remove the voice mail and I am still sitting with the same problem, no one seems to know what the problem is. A call was logged with their IT and on enquiring what I can do in the meantime I was told there is nothing anyone can do. To top it all this morning I called once again and was assisted by a call centre agent who was not interested in my problem and told me to go to the nearest MTN walk in centre. Her name was Thuli Dube and to her I appeared to be nothing more than an annoyance. I need someone to tell me what is happening with this sim card and I need either a new sim card to be delivered to me today, or a new number to be allocated to me, otherwise I will be left with no choice but to terminate this contract with the assistance of my legal counsel due to bad service and breach of contract
