A general warning to the public of South Africa.
DO NOT GET AN IPHONE 5 FROM VODACOM.
The phone does not work due to LTE network issues. If you want to have normal telephone coverage for around 20% of the day, you should get an Iphone 5 from Vodacom. There are no resolutions or promises to fix this widespread issue. The phone constantly shows "No Service" to fix this you need to restart the phone completely. If you turn off LTE, you will be stuck with Edge. This means that you have a choice, either receive calls or, receive emails. This is ridiculous!
This is annoying and costing me money. My clients constantly complain that they can't get hold of me. I'm a business client with various contacts with Vodacom. I will not be renewing any of them in the future.
Vodacom, you should really pull up your socks and sort out this issue.
