Still battling 2 months down the line

To cut story short my phone was on charge when i took it off charge it was hot as and wouldnt switch on after that sent it in for repair to get a lousy sms stating out of warranty charge R2925 phone not even 6 months old under contract i mean?? so got hold of mtn out of warranty charged me cos i have a ding on the cove which happened in my wifes handbag 2 days after getting the phone they blaming me for dropping the phone yet it worked for 4 months after that happened so im fyting samsung for the quote and eventually get them to come and collect it from me after 3weeks of fyting so go to mtn to fetch the phone to find out its not back there so i phne the repair centre and they not even sure where the phone is?? so now im paying for something that doesnt even last 6 months and the service is pathetic i have been without a phone for 4 weeks now and i must still pay for it!! RIGHT THAT WAS MY FIRST COMPLAINT LODGED 3 APRIL 2013 TILL TODAY STILL WITHOUT A PHONE HAVE GOT THE PHONE BACK UNREPAIRED AND IN A TERRIBLE CONDITION.I SENT A WELL LOOKED UNSCRATCHED PHONE IN AND GET BACK 2ND HAND TERRIBLY SCRATCHED AND NOT EVEN CLOSED PROPERLY.THANK YOU MTN FOR ALL THE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
