23 days still no refund

After 23 days and numours emails, phone calls and complaining i still dont have my refund of R4677.77
thats alot of money and yet i now have debit orders that bounched and even more problems because cell c promise me every day i will have a refund tomorrow yet 23 days later i have nothing

doing bussiness with cell c is not advisable its one thing to admit they made a mistake its another to keep you wating for 23 days and by the thank you for contacting as you promised in your emails
