I have got a samsung s2 phone which i got in november 2012 and suddenly in march 2013 the phone was on charge for roughly 2 hours to my amazment wen i took it off charge the phone was extremly hot that i actually had to put it down cos i couldnt hold it thats how hot it was and the phone wouldnt do a thing wouldnt go on or make a noise so being under contract with mtn and not even 6 months old i took the phone back which mtn sent for repairs to my shock recieving a sms stating it that warranty wont cover i have to pay an amount of R2925 to have it repaired which i immidiatly got on the phone with mtn contact centre which explained to me why warranty was voided due to a little kink in the left bottom corner of the phone the insisted i dropped the phone thats why its not working which i immidiatly backed up my story i had a protectivr cover on a screen scratch protector meaning that i look properly after my stuff so i explained that happend while in my wifes handbag it was not dropped and that kink happend within the first 2 days of having the phone and it still worked properly for another 4 months..so i have been tryingg to speak to someone at sumsung with no luck i keep getting sam
