I called the call center on the 31/03/2013 as my account was over debited by R600, i was transffered to a manager/ team leader by the name of Richard Pillay he informed me that the incorrect packages where put through when i did an upgrade, He promised me a refund aftyer 5 working days we are now sitting at 16 working days and still no refund, maybe i should lay a charge of that may get them to pay my money back.
