I gave my phone in for repairs the 1st time on the 1st of April because of battery problems, I received it back on the 7th day as told by Vodacom Repairs in PMB.
The Bluetooth did not switch on at all and wifi was greyed out, battery was still the same. I gave it in on the 11th of April and they said 7 days. I phoned the Hub repairs Thursday and they advised me that they do not do deliveries on weekends. They said Monday, Monday I phoned and said maybe Tuesday. Its now nearly been 3 weeks that I have not had my phone for a full week. It is has become an inconvenience for me . i phoned hub centre again, they said it will be sent in a couple of days. i said that is what you have been saying the whole time. eventualy a lady said it wil be sent and i will have it tomorrow. how do i know it will be sent and if it doesnt i have to wait a whole week again.
