Since the 4 feb 2013 my bis service is not working, according to cell c call center and tecnical the are experiencing a challenge. I phoned the call centre over 50 times in the past week and was promised a call back from the supervisor Ashnee Raman to help me but its been 4 days now, no call back and she is always busy to take my calls. i have had my full with cell c as i use my phone for business and have paid for a service that is not active and the call center that is useless. CELL C IS A FAIL, I HAVE BEEN A CELL C CLIENT SINCE 2003.
