Account 90 days in arreas

In late August 2012 early September 2012 I changed my bank from ABSA to STD Bank. I called Cell C to change my debit order details from ABSA to STD Bank on both contracts I have with Cell C, which I assumed it was done because i never got any calls from them saying they didnt get payments. On 19 February 2013 I recieved a call from the accounts department to say I am 90 days in arrears on my one contract. This to me was astonishing, I started probing and discovered they had been debiting from my ABSA account which I was using for a different purpose now. I immediatley informed the agent I spoke to they have the wrong details and I made these available to them in 2012 September. They said I must pay the over due amount which I disputed and said they were responsible to change my details when i gave it and they didnt. My contract which has been paid up full has since been locked this because the other account wasnt paid and purely an error from them. I yet to recieve a call from a Cathleen who I believe is the Operations manager. This after speaking to the Team Leader Richard Pillay who could not assist with my query on the 20 February 2013.
