Refunding of my account

I spoke to Robert 3 weeks ago regarding the fact that they have been double debiting me. Ref: Cas152067. He never bothered to give me any sort of feedback and I am still sitting with the same problem after calling him numerous times. I then decided to send Thando Qobose (Team Leader) an email on the 27th May. She called and promised that the money will be refunded in my account within 4 working days, however I am still sitting with the same problem. Below is the email She sent me.

Good day Ms Molefe,

Trust you are well.

Kindly note that as per our telephone conversation, a refund of R735.00 will be processed with regard to the incorrect amount that has been debited.

Please allow up to 4 working days to receive the refund.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

All that being said, I still have not received any assistance from them.
Please Assist me in getting this resolved
