We purchased a dongle from Cell C it did not work we returned it for a refund, they stated that it will take 21 working days for the refund to come through.
It has been more than 35 working days and still no refund.
We went back to the branch and they used aggressive language against us, the individual mentioned above addressed us as mental and informed us that the paperwork is lost and tough luck on the refund.
We currently have 4 contracts with Cell C and our oldest contract dates back to 2003 this is how Cell C treats its customers over a R 999 refund.
Absolutely disgusted and ashamed to be a Cell C client.
