I received a sms on the 14/11/2013 in regards to a refund of R1750 wich had been refund to my vodacom account how convenient instead of put the money that vodacom had debited me bank account for a gap payment made 2 years agao to them, I have since been calling vodacom customer services and been put back and forth to account and customer service only to be told that vodacom has use the refunds that was due to me to offset my account, which i only meant to be debited on the 25 of every month. I then asked to be transfered to a manager and only to be put through to a team leader who goes on about how the billing works in vodacom which I dont even want to know abt or i should have applied for a job there if i wanted to know those things. I ask the Team leader to speak to one of the managers and was conviently told that the managers do not accept calls the name of the team leader is Lisa Qwatekane, I thing that vodacom only does what is good for them, I work in a service industry and if there is a refund to be done I dont tell the client that we need to pay for your account that is only due at the end of the month before we can process the refund we do it emmedatetly
