My phone was about 2 weeks ago. I went to vodashop in greenstone to do a sim swop where the consultant gave me the wrong sim card, I went back the next day for a new sim card. As the sim swop didn't work the first time cos of the wrong sim, they did it again. 4 hours later I phoned customer care as instructed by consultant and they can't complete sim swop. and so its went on for 2 weeks.

no one follow up with me about this matter, I have to phone every day and all they say is we can't help, so why isn't anyone doing something about this. My contract expired in February, so I gave notice that I wont be taking out a new contract, so end of april will be my last payment with extra payment for bbm service. But for 2 weeks I haven't used my contract, so what am I paying it for??? Its costing me double as I need to buy airtime everyday!

So at the end of april, I'll be paying for a service that I could not use, due to the lack of service!!!
