Bought a MTN pay as you go airtime at Shoprite on the 14 of July 2013 upon loading the airtime i got the sms for the mahala minutes and when checking the balance only the mahala minutes were reflecting and not the actual airtime that i loaded which was for R10. i called the number on the screen which is 173 and follow the voice prompts at the end i choose the 0 option which is for the agent, instead the calls get cut off. i then call 808 which is only for contract customers hoping to get assistance from them even if its not their division they tell me they will put me through but only to be cut off again. called again spoke to silindile who says she will put me through but the call gets cut off, spoke to another one who said he is xolani only to be told cut off again called 173 for the 5th time calls get cut off. MTN customer service is appauling. their system is just useless!!!
