Please can l have my line fixed!!!

I ported my number from Cell C to MTN on the 12 of November and l was told it takes up to 72 hours at most for activation to be effective, whilst l am still waiting for the activation they adviced that l should not load airtime or l shouldn't load much but my challenge is l use this line for business so it must always have airtime. l ended up calling mtn just to check what's happening and was told to activate the sim card manually which l did. lt worked, l loaded my data bundle, few minutes after l started receiving calls on my land line that my mobile is off. l tested it and truly it was not working. when l put back the Cell C sim card it was receiving calls but not phoning out, mtn on the other hand it doesn't receive but the internet works. Now l am sitting with a situation where l have 1 number thats working on 2 networks and one network does something that the other network doesn't do. I called Cell C they said l should get it fixed by mtn, mtn said up to 24 Hrs it should be working, l called more than 5 times.
surely from the 12th l am just waiting and l need my number working. l am losing business, can someone from mtn please help me ASAP?? l am also a customer!!!
