MTN - Incorrect bills continue

MTN continues to bill me incorrectly while continuing to provide blanket non-responses simply to ensure that they record a response (no matter how lame) on Hello Peter. The MTN call centre and MTN Sandton seem to be staffed by completely incompetent individuals. MTN, I will continue to complain on all available fora until you sort my incorrect billing issues out.
