My complaint is plain and simple, the service received was sub-par at best and that vodacom has yet to make me aware of whether my phone will ever arrive. I have been waiting almost a month now. I am a patient person and honestly don't mind waiting if the company responds to me in some way, to at least make me aware of any progress, but with vodacom I have received no such courtesy. This is the second time that this has happened and to be honest I simply just want to be refunded for the month i paid for nothing and have my contract cancelled.
