I applied for a cellphone port from Vodacom to Cell C after my contract expired. Not only has the port failed to happen after the given time period of 2-3 days but when I contacted the call center they told that in fact after 10 working days the hillcrest branch has not yet submitted any paperwork, the request for my port or any acknowledgement that I have even asked for a change in contract and/or upgrade.
When I contacted they Hillcrest branch they were rude and proceeded to tell me that it was Cell C's fault. When I informed them that I had spoken to the call center they changed their tune and then told me that they would fill in the paperwork that evening and submit it. it has been 7 working days since then and I am still without a phone. It is almost the end of the month and I hope that Autopage does not see fit to bill customers for a contract that has not yet been activated.
