Its been almost 3 months of trying to get answers from vodacom with regards to them taking R1000 from my account after I cancelled my account 8 months ago. Still no answers and still no full refund. Yes some money has been refunded but less than half. I expect better from vodacom and if they really care about their loyal customers they should make up for their incompetence and compensate me. I have been patient with them but that's also running thin. Make up for your mistakes vodacom!!!
