One of my queries was that for months R67 disappear each month from my talk time. According to me Barclay it was: sms's from the bank. It was proven that I dont pay money for sms's. internet services: I pay for BIS, I dont use internet except once a month :18 cents for cellphone banking. Because of this problem I did not at all use my phone for two months and still the money goes some where. I dont get answers from MNT co workers and because of my frustration over months I sent an email to the CEO and mr Paul Rozycki. Since the initial problem was solved the problem about money from my phone was ignored. I still dont use my phone because of money going off and this is my inconvenience. I am so fed up I want to cancel my contract.
Other problems: different info from different MTN co-workers, Different info about talk time from 808 and 258, 808 sometimes only operator who is anyway unavailable. I, in two cases updated my phones which was never followed up except in one instance after 51 months. The first problem lasted 13 months before it was eventually solved. It was reported at 8 MTN branches no one was willing to assist.
