SIM SWAP (CONTRACT)

My wife was robbed for her phone, mtn refused to assist us with a sim swap. Dey told us that dey cannot assist us without an affidavIt. Previously we did sim swap and we had no hassels. My wife is the account holder, mtn says dur to dey will not assist her without the addidavit. This is a very big inconvenience to us. I canot take time off from work and now my wife has to use my VODACOM contact She can not even contact MTN coz she dont even have a card. VERY UPSET WITH THE SERVICE DELIVERY THAT MTN OFFERS.
