Blatant disregard for customers

With regards to my last post on the my pathetic experience with Vodacom and my cell number being put onto someone else's details, this to date, has not been rectified. In fact the situation just gets worse... I was told last Thursday that this would be corrected and I would go onto pre-paid for about an hour and I would receive a call just before this happens to infom me. Nothing happened up until the point that I tried to make a call yesterday morning and couldnt. 2 days later, we still receive no calls from the store etc and we are still off-line completely so my husband, very understandably irrate, called the store and said he was absolutely upset about the way we are being treated as customers, and would like to return the phone. I was quiet shocked that Max said that he could! As easy as that, not even acknowledging our frustration and inconvenience. My husband has returned the phone this afternoon and I will definately be moving all 3 contracts that I currently have with Vodacom to service provider who cares about their customers. Absolutely shocking!!!
