We had a burglary at our house on the 10th of April 2013. 3 Cellphones were. It was reported to 808 and up to now (22 April 2013) only one phone was blacklisted. Every day we phone in to get the ITC nrs needed by the insurance with NO luck at all. Every time the call centre agent has an excuse of why it has not been done en tell us we must wait another 3 to 5 working day. This is really not on.
