Good day! So Please could you see to this problem asap! I got 2 cellphones from Bayport last year already! I have emailed a letter stating that I cancelled the cellphones and will sent it back. Letter dated 03 April 2012. The cellphones were sent back and courier slip as I do have proof of that as well! Tracking number: TC114462765ZA. Address: Bayport House 23A, 10th Avenue Rivonia 2128. So to my concern I got a call I have been handed over - FOR WHAT!!! I will take this way way further. I do not have the phones and I do not owe Bayport ANYTHING!!! I AM SO UPSET!!! I want this to be sorted out asap!!! What is worst of all the day I cancelled I even phoned in. So this morning 23 May 2013 when I received a phone call and I emailed all the neccessary documents (courier slip, letter of cancellation ext) to [Email Removed] as well as the manager "Sunette" Please phone me on 071 526 1219.
