On the 10th of April 2013 I cancelled my insurance with Outsurance that only started on the 1st of April 2013 as my previous insurer for the last 20 years gave me a better deal. The agent said that Outsurance will pay back R600 and something of the R1300 and something that deducted from my bank account on the 2nd of April 2013. On the 10th of April 2013 only R70.91 was paid back in to my bank account, Outsurance did not sent an E-mail or nothing to confirm the cancellation I'am still waiting the outstanding money that I was promised to me by the agent. This is not all I also have my house construction insurance with Outsurance for the last 13 year or so . my house was damaged with the hail in early November 2012 after many phone calls to Outsurance the work was completed late in December 2012 only to have water leaking in to bedroom ceiling on the 31st December 2012. And there it starts again I reported this to Outsurance on the 2nd January 2013 again after many calls to Outsurance the damage was only repaired in the last week of January 2013. On the 20th of April 2013 now the water leaks into by bathroom ceiling I've reported this on the 23rd of April 2013 and asked the agent to k
