I bought a house a moved in middle of Feb 2013 and the requested insurance for car and household through Hippo, FFW offered me a better quote. Unfortunately a month being with them I had a burglary at my house on the 4 April 2013. When I wanted to register a claim I was told that I'm not covered for & yet I live in SA. I was then promised that they will listen to the voice recording of when I took out the insurance and then make a decission to register the claim or not. I've been making follow up and still today the 22 April 2013 they are still waiting for the recording and they aren't commiting on a timeline as to when I'll be informed of the decision.
