Cell C offer best prices but staff not trained

I went to Cell C store to port my wife's phone from an expired Autopage contract. The assistant told me I first had to convert my contract to prepaid. I went to Autopage who told me this was incorrect advice. If I converted to prepaid I would have to give a month's notice and then wait 3 months before i could take out another contract. I then went to the Walmer branch of Cell C and a lady named Melissa was very professional and arranged the port and a new phone while I waited - the port was activated overnight. I then wished to port my phone when my contract expired and went to Walmer to discover that Melissa had left Cell C and the three assistants in the shop gave me the same incorrect story about having to first convert to Prepaid etc. I left the shop and found Melissa at her new place of employment and she advised me to see Keenan at Greenacres which I did and he arranged the port there and then. This is really annoying being given incorrect information by the shop assistants who were all adamant that they were correct. For your own sake please train your assistants to port expired contracts correctly!
