Autopage contract cannot be cancelled

I cancelled my contract with Altech Autopage Cellular (Vodacom) at about July 2011, after my 24 month contract has expired. I then started a new contract with CellC, with the plan to port this number to CellC. The port then did not go through. The reason was that Autopage has cancelled the cell number off the system. In December 2011 I managed to get the cell number re-activated, with a pre-paid sim card as I asked for. Then I started getting accounts in the post for a new contract that I never agreed on, this is with no new phone and no verbal or written contract. I have tried numerous times to cancel this contract, with no success. To date I am still stuck with this contract. The contract costs me about R135 per month, for no services received.
