Service is beyond Pathetic

I have literally had it with Autopage's incompetency. I completed an upgrade about 10 days ago. Firstly the phone arrives late and then the SIM card has been activated. What I dont understand is that when i did the upgrade i clearly stated that I needed to port from Vodacom to Cell C. Which ideally should be noted when i did the upgrade. But because Autopage is incompetent the request for the port has only just gone through and that means I must pay for days that I don't use the phone because the port that is not completed. catch a wake up already. I will be cancelling if i dont get the phone activated by Tomorrow.
