I bought a new 8ta dongle for the Greenstone store earlier in the week. I tried using it on my telefunken tablet yet to find out its not working. I tried it in my sisters tablet and its not working. She also uses a 8ta dongle but this one doesnt seem to work. I called 8ta call centre and they told me that they could see the dongle is active but if it doesnt work we need to return within 7 days. They can pick up its not conpatable with the devise and we could get it exchanged or refunded.

When we gone back to 8ta yesterday the guy that helped me when purchasing the devise told me that they could not return the devise nor exchange. They dont have stock anymore for the E173 as the E303 is not compatable. How can the call centre say its you can and store pplus store manager say they cant. They didnt even try to call other branches to find out if they stock E173 dongles. They didnt even aked us questions as to what device we'll use it on and if it would be compatible or not.

I would like to speak to a manager asap regarding this. I paid over R500 for dongle and the R149 deal for 3GB data and now i cant use it. I NEED THIS SORTED NOW!!!
