I had a contact with Nashua Mobile for 2 years for a Samsung tablet and for 2 years all was perfect.
When my contract expired and i bought a new laptop and needed a dongle i naturally went to them.
I also upgraded and signed a contract for 24 months for R90.00 for 2gigs for my tablet.
I wanted to buy a dongle and then go the pay as you go route as i only need limited bandwidth as i have adsl at home and only needed dongle when out of office and seldom use more than 300 mb.per month.
They did not have stock of dongles at the store but the sales lady Annie told me they are running a special offer.for R50, 00 a month i can get a dongle and 500 mb a month from MTN?
This sounded great and i signed up.
I was informed that i cannot top up should i run out of bandwith but will have to wait for the next month.
This was not a problem as 500 mb is ample.
UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS WHERE THINGS GO WRONG?
I used my new laptop and dongle and all seemed ok.
I went overseas for 5 weeks (i did not take my laptop) and when i got back noticed that R771.53 WAS DEDUCTED
from my account.
I rushed to NORTHGATE to sort out, Annie is not with the company any more and Celia said she would sort out.
NO HELP AT ALL
