The greenstone MTN branch is use less might as well close the store, on monday i got the new internet uncapped dongle from them after waiting a week for them to come back to me, so i got the dongle i get home it does not work all it says is 2G and its ment to be 3G other wish cant use it, i phone MTN customer line NO help from them. i take the dongle back to the greenstone branch everyday at lunch time the line is out the door and the manager is not in the store. today is friday i take it there get to the front after hour and a half of waiting and say i wanna cancel the contract for the dongle wit MTN and they say sorry i must go email or phone head office and cancel it. SORRY BUT IS THIS NOT THE JOB FOR THE BRANCH TO DO, I HAVE A 14 DAY TAKE BACK TERM AND THEY TELLING ME I MUST GO DO THE PHONING AROUND, this MTN store is use less dont know what they doing.
i have two contract dew for up grade a tablet from them and service like this makes me want to cancel all my accounts wit mtn, if this store is not fixed rely the worst dumb people in a store and pour management
