Disgusted with the serivce from 8ta Brooklyn

In April the 18th I took my dongle that I bought cash in december 2012 from the centurion 8ta store, to the 8ta store in brooklyn as it stopped reading the simcard. Tshego was our assistant and took the dongle in the box and said It would take about 22-30 working days, my fiance and I then left the store and realised that we never received any proof that she has booked in our dongle, we then went back and asked if we weren't ment to get a slip or any sort of proof that we were booking it in. Tshego then told us no we would just need to say our name so we left. In the middle of june I then called Tshego to do a folllow up and she then told me the she would do a follow up I never got a call back. Eventualy july came and we called Tshego she only then told us that our dongle is unrepairable and we would need to pay for it to get delivered back to the store. My fiance then told her the dongle is still under warranty and we wernt told of any payments. Tshego then told him she would pay for it to get delivered back to the store. Its now August 4 months later and I still dont have it. Every time we call they either drop the phone on us or Tshego will tell us next week it should arrive.
