My Contract Confusion takes ages to rectify

On Tuesday Last week (16-04-2013) I phoned CellC to enquire about an upgrade on this number 0843084104 just to find up that there was a up with my contract name. My contract was registered as a company account in stead of a Personal account. When I phoned CellC they advised me to write a letter and attach a copy of my ID document and send it to [Email Removed] in which I did twice. to date the contract is still not rectified and getting anything out of customer service, business guys is bearing no fruits. This unfortunately is frustrating as I keep on phoning them to advise what is happening and they say it takes 48 hr's to change the contract. i phone the Customer services today and Leister advised me that I should contact the Head Office on number (011) 194-4000 in which this number does not exist. I Do not know what games you are playing, as I do not have time for it.

Once you have completed the update to my Personal account please cancel and close my account. My cell number is 0843084104
It looks like attention is only paid when a complaint is submitted.
