I went to Woodmead store last week to buy a dongle, guess what the special that they advertised they didnt have stock. The lady checked on the system and refferred me to Suninghill store because they had stock. 20 Minutes later, guess what suninghill had OBF stock. Called Sandton, they had stock. Another 20 minutes later. The guy was helpful and even RICA'ed me with the promise that I will be able to use the dongle the same nite.
Got home. Tried it didnt work. Called the store next day. Guess what- I was not Rica'ed.
I mean what the heck is wrong with MTN... 3 contact points and all 3...
