I have 2 contracts with cellc. onbe of them is the R45pm data contract that came with a ZTE MF 190 speedstick.my horrors started last week.i inserted the dongle into m, y computer but the cellc connector said that "device not detected".i then downlaoded an update from cellc but it also didnt pick up the dongle. i then went to the cellc shop in cresta and they told me that they will "install some drives". this was done and they told me that the dongle should be able to work. it didnt.i then went to sandton city and they did the same thing and told me the same thing but even now, the dongle is not detected by the cellc connector.
the strange thing is that the modem light will be green.
may you please assist with this as i am not aware of the problem is.
