I've signed up for a top-up contract of R149.00pm last year October, yet I am paying R217.00 per month, this is the 7th month. Why???
My phone is not even on, the SIM is not even in a phone, it's laying on my counter at home, I haven't even inserted the SIM into a phone for the last couple of months so why am I still paying this amount???
I want a MANAGER to contact me, not a Consultant, not a Teamleader, A MANAGER. I want the Manager to investigate this before he/she contacts me and I want this rectified and monies returned to me which you have debited from my account OR I will go to the Ombudsman.
