I applied for a laptop at Auto page then was advised that I can only get a phone contract of R150.00 p/m. I took the Nokia Lumia deal for R149.00 p/m. Last month I received a bill of over a R1000 which I paid my first contract R164.00 and then when I enquired the bill i was told that it is for Internet usage. Why must I get charged more if I signed for a contract of R149p/m. once my airtime is finished it should have stopped like my cell c contract. why would you allow it to run up to a R1000 if I cant even get a laptop contract of R350.00 p/m? when I received my next bill it was doubled and my phone was switched off. How can it double if i did not even use my phones?
this needs to be sorted out as i am not gonna pay anything more than what i signed for on the contract which is R149.00 and R164.00 p/m. If this does not get sorted i will take this further to the ombudsman and will not pay a cent on these accounts.
Next time when you sell your products also advise your clients that you will not pay R149 but much more
I will pay my fee that i applied for R149 and R164 once this is sorted out. If not then you will hear from the ombudsman. cant receive calls so make a plan
