Wrong information lands me with huge bill!!!

Absolutely unacceptable service from Cell C. I signed up for a R149, 1 Gig a month on my contract, and asked if I could do it for one month to see the cost, but was told many times by the sales representative in Pinetown that it would be added to my contract, and only if I wanted to cancel it I needed to phone Cell C or visit the store again. I was happy with my bill at the end of the month, so decided to keep the R149, and subsequently didn't need to phone to cancel because it was added to my contract... wrong!!! Apparently he could sign me up for one month only, and I have now received my bill for over R1000 because of internet charges that I thought were covered by the R149. I am absolutely shocked and dissapointed by this service, and should not be paying for this.
