Unbelievable bad service and no feedback!!

Telephonically applied for contract with Cell C which was approved. They promised to deliver handset within 7 days. On 8th day I phoned them to follow up, my paperwork was still at validation, they required copy of ID and bank statements (after it already was approved!?). Faxed through the documents requested and print proof of receipt. Two days later I phoned again, still no paper work, according to call center I should wait at least 32 hours. Waited another week and finally phoned their customer care, spoke to Joseph who informed me he can do nothing for me as his job description is to put me through to the call center, which is the reason why I phoned customer care! I am really dissapointed and cannot believe this? When asked how I cancel this 'approved' deal as nothing is happening, he replied I had to call the Call Centre!!!??
