Very bad service

I open a contract with cell c on the 7th of April. I paid for a sim swop. They found that the phone have a problem, it never worked, they sent it as a OBF. I been there 6 times now. More then R300. Of petrol all the time they tell me they are waiting. And in the contract its promised that you get a new phone. So now I pay for something that I don't have. The service at mall of the north is very poor. And the supervisor or manager is always on leave. I'm tied of this bad service. I'm on holiday now and I don't have a phone.. I'm thinking of going back to Vodacom.
